What is Your Favorite Class?

Core Fusion (Spinyoga)

Spinyoga is a 75 minute, comprehensive, full body workout to help us exercise all the muscle groups. This high intensity cycle class is followed by a yoga session. The class utilizes two studios rooms for the ultimate experience.

 

Warm Vinyasa Flow

An invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our Vinyasa Flow class is set to inspiring music, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.

Relaxing Restoratives - STRETCH Yoga / Yoga Nidra

Quiet your mind, relieve aches, release tension, enhance memory, reduce stress, and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that are designed to leave you refreshed and restored.

 

Power Vinyasa Flow

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic, and invigorating full-body flow where students fluidly move and explore postures and weight bearing poses while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.

 

 

Core Cycle Studios Introduces – Children’s Yoga: 

Core Cycle Studios is now offering our younger friends classes focused on mindfulness, exercising, and empowering the whole child. Saturday afternoons are filled with yoga for our next generation.   Two classes have been added to the schedule for two different age groups, 10 and under & Teens.  Each class incorporates a mixture of breathing exercises, traditional yoga poses, movement, games, and an introduction to relaxation.
