Is Core Cycle for beginners?

Yes, absolutely! We love a newbie! We firmly believe that everyone has to start somewhere, and walking in the studio is the first step to changing your life forever. We believe that all new cyclists should commit to a minimum of five classes to become adjusted to their workout. It’s our commitment to create a nurturing, positive, and inspiring community where everyone can share the gift of health, fitness and a mindful way of living through an incredible workout experience.

Are clip-in shoes required?

Cycle shoes and cleats are extremely beneficial for the cycling experience. In like all sports, it is important to be dressed according to the activity you are participating in. Cycling in cleats will give riders a more efficient ride, giving more power through the pedal and more calories burned. We understand that not everyone owns cleats. That’s why our bikes are equipped with versatile pedals, which allow riders to use cross-training shoes. We strongly encourage our riders to use cycling cleats, but will have a small number of cleats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will Core Cycle have cycle cleats that I can borrow?

Yes, Core Cycle will have a small number of cycle cleats that can be used on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the front desk.

Do you have showers and changing rooms?

Core Cycle classes will make you SWEAT! Therefore, we are equipped with private bathrooms and lockers.

Do you have lockers to store my personal belongings?

Definitely! Our lockers are free of charge, and have a built-in combination lock. We strongly discourage cell phones or personal belongings in the studio rooms, so we kindly request that you use the lockers for all your personal belongings.

What should I bring to class?

We strongly encourage and recommend everyone wear fitness apparel to class. It is also very important to stay hydrated before, during, and after class. We will provide towels and water is available for purchase. It is important that you are open and mindful to this new experience. Be confident in knowing that you can do anything you are determined to do.

What is your cancellation policy?

When you make your class reservation, you are committed to attending the class. However, we understand that things can happen. Classes need to be canceled / unreserved in advance of your scheduled class. Your session will be automatically credited back into your account.  If you don’t cancel in advance and/or you do not show up for class, you will lose your class/session.   All scheduled classes before 8 AM must be canceled by mid-night the night before class. All scheduled afternoon and evening classes must be canceled by 12:00 PM on the day of the class. Important: If you are not at Core Cycle Studios and signed in at the front desk at least five minutes before the start of class, your reserved bike or sculpt class may be given to the next person on the waiting list. How do I cancel a class?

Directions to cancel / unreserved your class: • Go to • Click on My Account • Log into your account • Click “Un-Reserve” next to the class you wish to cancel.

What happens if I am running late?

If you are running a little bit behind, we ask that you call the studio to let us know. In the event that you are more than 5 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled, even with a phone call notification.  This is done for the safety of our customers and instructors.

What if I have to leave early?

We understand, and ask that you make your exit as seamlessly as possible. Please also let your instructor know of your intentions prior to the start of class. It is important to be mindful to those working out near and around you.

Do you have a waitlist?

In the event that a class is full, you can place your name on our waitlist. If you are not in the studio five minutes before the start of the class, your spot will be given to another client.

When will my multi-pack class expire?

Single classes expire in 30 days and all multi-pack class series expire in 90 days from the date of purchase. Your purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you offer childcare?

We love children, but at this time, we are not equipped to offer childcare.

Where do I park?

There is ample parking in front of the building. Core Cycle Studios isn’t liable or responsible for personal items left in your car, nor is it responsible or liable for any damage that may occur to your car. Your personal belongings maybe stored in the studio lockers for safekeeping.

Are the studios rooms available for private parties, corporate wellness, or private classes?

Yes!!! Bring it on…we love to celebrate special occasions or team building events. Our instructors are the best in the industry and will deliver an incredible experience to your group.
