In this two hour workshop we will:
● Discuss benefits of Ashtanga Primary series
● Discuss and practice ujjayi breath, bandhas(energy locks), chanting and Vinyasa
● Breakdown sun salutations and sequence with props and modifications to be more
accessible to all bodies
● Practice a modified primary series
Be prepared to sweat out toxins as you use the breath and energy locks of your body to create
heat and strengthen and calm your whole body.
Whether a beginner or an advanced practitioner not familiar with this series, Ashtanga yoga is
for everyone. Mats, blocks and props provided.
