This ALL LEVELS workshop has been designed to build strength and stability in your yoga practice.
Join Ali @freckled_yogi for a 90 minute yoga practice followed by questions & answers with some snacks, beverages, and giveaways!
The first 30 minutes of class will be a slow-moving vinyasa style sequence specifically designed to prepare your body for an inversion practice. Postures will be sequenced to begin to warm the joints & muscles to prepare the body for inverting.
Then the class will focus on 30 minutes of building internal heat with a unique combination of yoga based strength drills. Handouts of the drills will be provided for the class.
The final 30 minutes of the yoga practice will be spent working on a number of inversions from crow pose to handstands. There will be modifications specifically offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners.
