Each bike has a data monitoring system so riders can track performance data including power, heart rate, distance, calories, speed, and time. Core Crush

Core Crush is our signature cycling class. Up your game with a heavy sweat session and data technology that motivates. Riders use the performance tracking technology developed by Stages Flight, to work off their own power zones and track their own progress during class, PLUS receive post-ride emails with their ride details.

 

Rhythm Ride

A beat-bumping, heart-pounding, sweat fest. You'll kill calories and shred your upper and lower body to the latest playlist. Some spin studios tell you to check your attitude at the door. We say bring it.

Core ScupIt

Hit your workout hard with this total body cycling class that is packed with intense intervals and upper body resistance training. This class incorporates resistance bands and weights to improve strength, stability, coordination, and endurance. A challenging class intended for all skill levels

 

Core Fusion

(CycleSTRETCH, CycleBARRE, SPINYOGA)Fusion style classes are designed to deliver a comprehensive, full body workout while helping us exercise all the muscle groups. This class is designed around two features - cycle and then we target arms and abs or stretching in the second section of the class.  The class utilizes two studios rooms for torching calories and giving you the ultimate experience.
